In the 1st week of the 2023 Summer School the arrival date (& only key pick-up date) is Sunday July 2. This is the only weekend you are not able to pick up your key on Saturday as well (July1).
All other weekends you can pick up your key at the Utrecht Summer School office at Janskerkhof 30 in Utrecht:
- Saturday: between 12 (noon) - 6 PM
- Sunday: between 12 (noon) - 6 PM
You will have to leave your room on Friday morning before 10am.
If you arrive on a weekday you can collect your key during our regular office hours between 08.30 and 17.30.
