I have transferred the money, but the status of my application is still 'not paid', what should I do?

International wire transfers may take up to 10 work days to process. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation by email.

After this period please contact us to inquire about the status of your payment. It is helpful if you attach a proof of payment to your email so that we can double check our account.

Credit Card and IDeal payments should change your states to 'paid' within an hour. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail after a day contact us.
