When you are creating an account please check whether you have filled out all required fields (marked with *).
If it still doesn't work please check the following:
- Did you accept the terms and conditions?
- Did you press 'submit' after filling out all required fields?
- Are you sure you do not have an account yet?
You could try to use a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) to create an account or delete the coockies from your browser's history.
In case it states the error that ‘the e-mail address already exists to another user’ it means you have already registered and you can log in with your password. If you don’t remember your password, you can make a new password by clicking on the link ‘reset your password’. The link to a new password is sometimes visible in your spam folder. Always make sure to check this, so you will not miss important information.
