After you applied for a course you will receive a confirmation of application by means of an email. The procedure that follows differs from course to course.
If the course director requires additional information from students, you will be requested to provide these documents (e.g. CV, motivation letter, set of transcripts). Information about required documents can also be found on the course page. After you have completed your application by emailing the required additional information to the course leader, he/she will review your application and you will be notified of the result.
For some of the courses in our offer the course director has decided to review applications after a certain date. This date is clearly mentioned on the course page. In this case you will have to wait for the decision of the course leader.
If there's no additional information required and there's no clear acceptance date stated on the website the course director will review your application as soon as possible. This may take up to a few working days. The course director will either accept or reject your application. The status of your application might also switch to 'on hold', if he/she would like to have more information about your background or level of studies. You will be notified by email of this decision.
