After you have applied for a course you will receive a confirmation of application. The procedure that follows differs from course to course.
If the courseleader requires additional information from students you will be requested to upload these documents (e.g. CV, motivation letter, set of transcripts). Information about required documents can also be found on the course page. After you have completed your application by e-mailing the required additional information to the course leader, he/she will review your application and you will be notified of the result.
For some of the courses in our offer the courseleader has decided to review applications after a certain date. This date is clearly mentioned on the course page. In this case you will have to wait for the decision of the course leader.
If there's no additional information required and there's no clear acceptance date stated on the website the courseleader will review your application as soon as possible. This may take up to a few working days. The courseleader will contact you by e-mail if he / she would like to have more information about your background or level of studies.
After the courseleader has reviewed your application you will receive a notification by e-mail. Should you have any questions about the status of your application you can contact the course leader / contact person.
