In most cases you can earn credits for a course. The amount of credits is noted on the course page. These are ECTS credits, guaranteed by Utrecht University or HU University of Applied Sciences.
It is up to your own university, however, to accept the credits. If you want to be sure of that, please contact your own study advisor. He or she can always contact our course leaders, in order to learn more about the content and the level of the course. The course leader will provide an official Utrecht Summer School certificate on successful completion of the course.
For several courses you will obtain a grade and you can request a transcript of grades. On this transcript the amount of ECTS earned is also mentioned. Transcripts are always send to the University directly upon request only. If you need a transcript, make sure to discuss this possibility with your course leader before the start of the course.
You can send us a message (info@utrechtsummerschool) after the end of the course with the email address/regular mail address of the University that requires the transcript.
