You will have to leave your room the last Friday of the course in the morning before 10 AM. The keys need to be returned to your course leader before noon. In case the course ends on a Thursday, your lodging is still available until Friday. You can take your luggage to the classroom on Friday.
You cannot stay in the student accommodation for an extra night, because new students will arrive the next day.
If you are participating in more than one course you are allowed to stay in your accommodation during the weekend(s) in between the courses, if the courses take place during successive weeks.
