I have transferred the money, but the status of my application is still 'not paid', what should I do?

Credit Card and IDeal payments should change your state to 'paid' within an hour. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail from the Utrecht Summer School after a day do not hesitate to contact us.

International wire transfers may take up to 10 working days to process. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation by email.

If you have not received a confirmation after 10 working days please contact us to inquire about the status of your payment. It is helpful if you attach a proof of payment to your email.
