Will I get a refund if I cannot obtain a visa?

Participants have a statutory right to cancel enrolment without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the registration date.

If you do not get a visa, and you inform us about this after the 14 days and at least four weeks before the start of the course you will get a refund of 85% of the course + housing fees.

If you inform us about this within four weeks/one month prior to the start of the course, you will have to pay the full amount and you will not get a refund.
