In Utrecht our main office is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm throughout the entire Summer School period. We are also open during the weekends from noon to 6 pm. Considering the number of arriving students it can be busy at our office during weekends.
Our office is conveniently located in the city centre. The address is Janskerkhof 30. Our staff will be happy to help and answer any questions you might have. Whether you need help with registration, aren't sure how to access the computer, or want to know what's going on around Utrecht, we're there to help. We also provide material about the educational institutions in Utrecht and tourist information. In addition, we sell tickets for social activities (if available) and bus tickets.
