If I bought a ticket for a social activity but I cannot participate, can I get a refund?

It is not possible to get a refund for a social programme ticket. 

If the activity has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a refund.

You can try and see if one of your course mates is willing to go in your place. Please remember to send us an email about the change because the ticket is registered to your personal account and when you join the activity we check your name.
